We ship individual orders by USPS First Class mail, or Priority Mail (for larger orders).
Wholesale orders are usually sent via UPS.
For international orders, we calculate the exact shipping and add it to your total. Since there are many options for international shipping, we prefer to check with the buyer, usually by email, to be sure of your preferences.
Overnight or expedited shipping is available if you need it. We add the extra charges at cost, and use UPS Next-Day or Second-Day service.

Returns
Defective CDs are extremely rare, but if you happen to get one, please call or email us. We'll send you a quick replacement; we usually won't ask that you return the defective CD.
